Design your very own rainbow-throwing suncatcher in this fun DIY workshop. Add colorful beads, feathers, crystals or ribbon to make it your own! Kristin of D. Prince Designs will demonstrate several techniques, and then you will be free to build your suncatcher and make it uniquely your own. Hang your suncatcher where it will catch direct sunlight, and enjoy the beautiful rainbows that will be cast around your home!

Create your own unique 2x8 inch pen-and-ink illustrated bookmark in this fun and whimsical class! Illustrator Kristin of D. Prince Designs will demonstrate how to sketch out your bookmark, outline in pen, and apply/blend color with alcohol ink markers. Participants will be able to select their own color palette and mushroom styles from inspiration that will be provided. Get creative during this class and illustrate a colorful piece that you can admire every time you open your current read!
Design & Bind: Create Your Own Mini + Standard Notebooks

Create your own mini (2.5x3) and standard (5x7) notebooks with unique abstract painted covers in this fun DIY workshop. Kristin of D. Prince Designs will demonstrate several techniques for painting abstract covers and assembling each notebook. First, participants will select a color palette, inspired by a favorite photo or nostalgia! Then, we'll assemble and bind each notebook with your choice of spiral binding, and finish each notebook with a beautiful ribbon bookmark. Take your notebooks home to use and enjoy! (This class is also great for kids ages 8+ accompanied by an adult).
Create Your Own Upcycled Plastic + Acohol Ink Earrings

Create your own upcycled plastic + alcohol ink earrings in this fun DIY workshop. Kristin of D. Prince Designs will demonstrate how to utilize several types of upcycled plastic and apply alcohol ink. First, participants will select plastic shapes cut from packaging and takeout containers. Then, we'll apply ink in the color palette of your choice and resin to seal the earring designs. Finally, we will create the earrings with gold-plated earring hooks and jump rings. Take your gorgeous new earrings home to wear and enjoy!

Cherry Blossom Pop Art Mini Painting Class

Create your own cherry blossom pop art 6x6 inch mini painting in this fun DIY workshop. Arborist and artist, Kristin of D. Prince Designs, will demonstrate how to paint cherry blossoms in a pop art style using your choice of color palette. Participants will have inspiration from photos of DC's iconic cherry trees, including some of the lesser known varieties that you might spot around the District. Get creative during this class and paint a unique piece worthy of your wall space!
