A.M. Custom Order - House Portrait

This is a custom order for 1 8x10 hand-illustrated custom house portrait. Your commission will arrive in a cellophane sleeve with cardboard backing or framed if you add a frame to your order.

• House portrait to be shipped by Saturday November 15th. *At least one daylight photo of house and address must be sent by October 20th.*

Kristin will reach out to you for feedback when the illustration is sketched in pencil before proceeding with ink. You will have about 24-48 hours to provide feedback at this point in the process.

My illustration medium is pen-and-ink. Therefore, you will have an opportunity to provide feedback on the pencil sketch, but will not be able to request changes to color once the illustration is inked. If you have specific requests for this commission, please ensure you have sent them before booking this commission or when providing feedback on the pencil sketch, so I can confirm that they can be accommodated.
